Since joining Keningtons in 1990, Jill has concentrated on developing the Professional Services Division to encompass all aspects of valuation, landlord and tenant and rating work. She became a Partner in 1993 and Managing Partner in 2005.
Drawing on almost 30 years experience in the profession, Jill specialises in complex lease consultancy, valuation and leasehold reform work as well as expert witness appointments.
Prior to joining Keningtons, Jill trained in the Valuation Office, qualifying in 1986 and subsequently spent several years in the Home Counties working for Howard Son and Gooch and Dunster & Morton.
Tim Poulston joined Keningtons in 2005 from his previous firm, Poulston Lees. As a result of this amalgamation, Keningtons is now the leading supplier of property services to the trade union movement and elements of the not for profit sector.
Tim has developed a national consultancy business for the not for profit sector, including trade unions, charities and housing associations. He also advises many institutional investors, private clients and corporations on occupational and investment property acquisition and disposal.
After graduating from Reading University he spent nine years with Chestertons including three years in the USA where he established their New York office. For the following eight years he was a partner with JP Sturge, setting up and running their London Office and dealing with national investment and occupational consultancy. He became a Fellow of the RICS in 1993.
Simon joined Keningtons in 1995 to head up the Swindon office having worked previously with Dunster & Morton in Reading. He became a Partner in 2001.
Whilst actively involved with the asset management of properties for institutional and private clients, Simon also specialises in commercial investment and development opportunities across the south and south west.
Jeremy joined Keningtons in March 2009 with responsibility to expand and increase the profile of the Swindon agency team. He was promoted to partner in April 2011. Jeremy has over 30 years experience working in the Swindon market having previously been a partner at King Sturge.
Jeremy advises developers, funds, property companies, owner occupiers, tenants and private individuals on the disposal and acquisition of office, industrial and warehouse property in Swindon and the surrounding area. He also provides development and general consultancy advice primarily on office and mixed use schemes.
Jeremy's clients include BAM Properties, Canmoor, Swindon Borough Council, Drove Veterinary Hospital and Bleckmann Logistics UK . .
Jeremy is also a Registered Valuer and undertakes Red Book Valuations in the Swindon and Wiltshire area.
With over 25 years experience in the property sector, Tony joined Keningtons in 2014 to head up the building surveying team. Previously, a regional operations manager at a major Insurance concern, Tony has been Director of his own surveying practice and also acted as lead consultant on the alterations and refurbishment of historic properties for the Portman Estate.
Tony specialises in party wall matters, insurance surveying, due diligence and the historic environment. He has made legal representation as Expert Witness on various matters and retains a varied client portfolio in the commercial, residential, charity and insurance sectors.
Tony is an APC Assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Guy joined Keningtons in 2018 to handle all aspects of property management together with associated landlord and tenant work.
Guy deals with commercial management of properties for a number of clients, including pension funds, private investors and family trusts. This role is broad ranging and includes advising on matters such as rent and service charge collection, providing recommendations on lettings, sub-lettings, lease surrenders, disposals together with Landlord and Tenant matters.
Guy was involved with the drafting and preparation of the RICS Guidance Note on managing Mixed Use Developments.
