Property valuation is a core service at Keningtons and we have expertise in the commercial and residential sectors enabling us to produce detailed, high quality reports in accordance with the RICS Valuation Standards.

We have 5 valuers registered under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme, a regulatory monitoring scheme for members carrying out ‘Red Book’ valuations. This scheme is recognised by major banks/building societies and mortgage providers.

Keningtons team of professional surveyors are experienced in dealing with Leasehold Reform matters and we regularly act for both landlords and leaseholders. The scope of work undertaken includes the preparation of valuation reports for the service of Statutory Notices, negotiating premiums and other terms and appearing at Leasehold Valuation Tribunal in the event of dispute.
